📘 Interview Article Published in The Journal for the Psychology of Language Learning

This article is based on an interview with my supervisor, Professor Ema Ushioda. JPLL has recently started a new section called Dialogues, in which early-career researchers interview leading scholars in the field of the psychology of language learning and teaching. This initiative began last year, and I was invited to participate in the second Dialogues section as the interviewer.

In this interview, we discuss Professor Ushioda’s journey into research, as well as the future directions of the field, perspectives on qualitative research, and her messages for early-career researchers. I hope it will be of interest to those working in or interested in this area!
